    This is a key position to achieve the fully alignment between field execution and digital strategy

    Key activities

  • Assure that the digital strategy is executed according to the stablished plan
  • Assure the understanding of the customer facing of the digital strategies and tools
  • Improve the digital skills and mindset in the Customer Facing Team
  • Excellence in execution and support of the digital strategy.
  • Support the Customer Facing (CF) team in the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), ensuring a precise and effective execution of the digital strategy, orchestrating together with the team all the customer interactions.
  • Listen actively to stakeholders to understand their perspectives and needs.
  • Diminish the typical customer facing resistance at the implementations of new ways of working
  • Identify potential failures in the technological tools
  • Fully alignment with sop ́s
  • Lack of assertiveness & empathy
  • Reduce the gap that could exists between the plan and the execution
  • Requirements

    -2-3 years as Coordinator in Marketing, Commercial, Operational Excellence or related areas in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Industries mainly
    - Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding in digital marketing tools
    - Field experience highly recommended
    - Health care, sales, Marketing and medical understanding"
    - Deep understanding of the customer facing ecosystem and interaction model, digital tools and strategies
    - Omnichannel knowledge
    - Able to manage multiple platforms such as Marketing Automation, AI and Algorithms among others to provide better solutions for the field force
    -Deep understanding of the Commercial KPI ́s definition and execution"
    -English intermediate

    Availability to work in the field and travel nationally
