REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience on the position
  • Sense of urgency
  • Practice high Ethics standards
  • Minimum 85% bilingual Spanish/English
  • Team player and a selfmotivated individual
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • SAP system experience

MAIN DUTIES, ABILITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Responsible of purchasing process Internal Control
  • Approve purchase requisitions and submit purchase orders on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain necessary records and files for efficient records
  • Ability to negotiate prices, payment terms with both Mexican and US suppliers
  • Analyze, evaluate and monitor continually price, cost, quality, delivery time and service
  • Follow up vendor performance
  • Work closely with Finance Manager to monitor spending for Budget/Forecast purposes
