The
Intermediate
Embedded
Software Engineer will be responsible for developing a firmware foundation for a smart home ecosystem and working on integration with cutting-edge home automation technology - Matter.

The embedded software engineer will be responsible for developing features that will increase the value of our home automation products.

Primary Responsibilities:

Firmware development and testing (C/C++)
Work on prototypes
Work on Matter Integration
Work with the Mobile App development team to integrate the control system into Smart Home.
Research of technical documentation

Secondary Responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing team to launch products.
Identity, resolve, and document product issues based on customer feedback, prior product updates, and inhouse testing.
Propose procedural improvements to increase efficiency and quality of work.

Required Skills and Experiences:

Minimum 3 years of experience in firmware or software development (preferably C/C++)
Minimum bachelor's degree in software/electrical engineering, or a similar field of study.
Experience with communication protocols and standards (UART, BLE, Thread)
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail and standard for quality.
