Responsabilidades generales / General Responsibilities:

Obey the company rules and regulations according to the Employee's Manual, as to the established by the Mexican Federal Labor Law;
Consistenly learning new knowledge and skills;
Proactive thinking to solve problems related to the daily job and timely informing to the boss about the situations, conflicts and issues that can be found in the daily labor;
Attend and actively participate in the meetings organized by other departments;
Attend and properly finish the task arranged by the superior;
Actively hep and support with other's colleagues/department's work;

Mantener de forma adecuada, ordenada, actualizada y rastreable los registros de su trabajo (papel, archivo electrónico, etc.) / Properly keep, organized, updated and traceable all the work records (hard copy, e-copy, etc.)

Responsabilidades generales / General Responsibilities:

Cumplir con las normas y reglamentos de la empresa establecidos en el manual de la empresa, así como con los contemplados en la Ley Federal del Trabajo / Obey the company rules and regulations according to the Employee's Manual, as to the established by the Mexican Federal Labor Law;
Esforzarse por superar el plan de trabajo de su puesto y el rendimiento esperado de su labor / Work hard to exceed the work plan and performance target;
Aprender de manera consistente nuevos conocimientos y habilidades / Consistenly learning new knowledge and skills;
Aplicar una forma de pensamiento proactivo para resolver problemas propios de su trabajo e informar a su superior oportunamente sobre situaciones, conflictos y problemas que encuentre en su labor; Proactive thinking to solve problems related to the daily job and timely informing to the boss about the situations, conflicts and issues that can be found in the daily labor;
Asistir y participar activamente en la o las reuniones convocadas por otros departamentos / Attend and actively participate in the meetings organized by other departments;

Responsible for manufacturability analysis

Responsible for process route design

Responsible for process design

Responsible for the design and analysis of process and process parameters

Responsible for parameter analysis of new equipment

Responsible for the analysis and confirmation of process control pointResponsible for technical support and problem solving in the process

Responsible for the formulation and review of tooling technical requirements.

Establish, implement, control and maintain the processes necessary to satisfy the requirements of the environmental management system.
