    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant with a strong hands-on mindset to configure and implement end-to-end B2B CRM processes in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

    This role will be responsible for executing the configuration and automation of commercial and customer service processes defined within the CRM program. The consultant will ensure solution quality, traceability, compliance with business rules, and proper preparation for UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.

    The ideal candidate combines functional understanding with hands-on configuration expertise and thrives in agile, cross-functional environments.

    Project Context

    Implementation of B2B CRM workflows including:

    • Omnichannel intake (Web, Email, WhatsApp)
    • Case and Opportunity Management
    • Approval Processes
    • Document management and traceability
    • SLA governance
    • Operational and executive reporting
    • Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Security/IAM, Architecture, and Integration teams

    Key Responsibilities

    • Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on backlog items and acceptance criteria.
    • Implement Case Management including record types, queues, assignment rules, layouts, and status management.
    • Configure Opportunity pipelines (stages, required fields, validations).
    • Develop automation using Flows (record-triggered flows, screen flows).
    • Implement Approval Processes (e.g., Legal/Compliance) with notifications and full traceability.
    • Configure profiles, roles, and permission sets aligned with security models.
    • Implement validation rules and data quality controls.
    • Create operational and executive reports and dashboards.
    • Support QA and UAT cycles, including defect analysis and resolution.
    • Support go-live activities and hypercare stabilization.
    • Produce technical-functional documentation of implemented configurations.
    • 4–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
    • Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Flows
    • Validation rules
    • Approval processes
    • Assignment rules
    • Experience with Case Management and Opportunity management.
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models (roles, sharing rules, permission sets).
    • Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
    • Experience participating in UAT cycles and defect resolution.
    • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
    • High level of autonomy and strong quality orientation.

    Nice to Have

    • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
    • Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
    • Platform App Builder Certification.
    • Experience in multi-country implementations.
    • Experience in regulated environments.
    • Experience with integrations and APIs.
