PLANNING AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

BMW MEXICO

As a Planning and Operations Manager you will be responsible of BMW Automobile and MINI across the Latin American region (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and importer markets). You will work planning and managing production and sales volumes to achieve business targets, optimize profitability, and maintain BMW Group's leadership in the premium segment. You will coordinate with local management, dealer networks, and regional teams to ensure efficient volume steering and supply chain execution.

What awaits you?

Plan and manage sales and production volumes for BMW and MINI across all Latin American markets, including monthly production and sales forecasting.
Prepare and coordinate the annual production and sales program, ensuring optimal volume and model mix allocation.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly and monthly to regional management and headquarters.
Manage order processes and quota allocations with dealers and internal partners, ensuring smooth execution and eliminating disruptions.
Oversee vehicle logistics planning, including transport and import processes in all markets.
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, profitability, and market share.
Support quota management and order placement for direct sales channels, ensuring alignment with volume targets.

What you should bring along?

+8 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Proven experience in planning and managing sales and production volumes in automotive markets, preferably across multiple countries.
Strong ability to prepare and coordinate annual production and sales programs with focus on volume and model mix optimization.
Skilled in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs to senior management and headquarters.
Ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance supply chain efficiency, profitability, and market share.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
Good command of English; additional languages area plus.
Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
