**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Patient Care Representative to join our team at Miracle Surrogacy.

We offer flexible scheduling, with 5 days per week plus half days on Saturday, providing most Sundays off (except for medical emergencies). As this is an in-person role working directly at our fertility clinic in Mexico City, you will have opportunities for growth potential and increases in salary based on performance.

• You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as coordinating patient care services between surrogates, fertility clinics staff members; communicating effectively via phone or email with international clients who mostly speak English; making entries into medical records databases.
