Your role at Clorox:
Play a key role in brand /category projects for Dilutables, a growth vector for North LATAM Business. Lead Costa Rica & Puerto Rico Marketing plans.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead Category Deep Dives, driving understanding of key variables impacting Brand.
  • Responsible to update critical relevant metrics (Innovation / SOM / Monthly results).
  • Lead local initiatives for Costa Rica & Puerto Rico in partnership with multifunctional teams.
  • Support Brand Manager in planning and forecasting processes and category / brand insights.

What we look for:
Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience on Marketing
  • Project Management experience, ideally in Multinational companies.
  • English: Proficient speaker and writer
  • Computer: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint


  • Syndicated Data

  • Nielsen (nice to have)

Education Level/Degree:

  • Marketing degree / Business or Engineering or Equivalent Experience
