- Lead development of business cases/cash flows/financials for customer quotes, Appropriation Requests (ARs) and program management gate review updates.
- Quote cash flows will develop pricing to meet Aptiv DOA hurdle rates and compare current Part Number profitability to quote financial profitability as required.
- Gate review cash flows/financials will be used to measure current financial status of the program compared to the AR and assisting program management in understanding detailed drivers for the differences.
- Gathering the necessary financial inputs from estimating system/SAP as required, engineering, commercial, etc. and developing the current financial status of the project for the requisite gate review update
- Team member on business pursuit/quotations in providing business cases
- Team member on securing funding approval
- Provide finance updates for programs prior to program launch
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently
- Resourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of experience in an automotive setting
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive setting
- SAP background
