Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives measurable growth, increases brand authority, and generates high-quality leads with strong ROI.
Core responsabilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Growth Leadership:
● Develop and execute a scalable multi-channel marketing strategy.
● Define and refine Empower's Unique Value Proposition (UVP).
● Oversee brand positioning across all platforms.
● Align marketing initiatives with company growth targets.
● Own quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps.
2. Performance & Paid Media:
● Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
● Improve CTR across campaigns and funnels.
● Analyze and improve ROAS.
● Monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV metrics.
● Continuously test and iterate campaigns based on performance data.
3. SEO & Organic Growth:
● Develop and execute SEO strategy.
● Improve domain authority and search visibility.
● Lead content strategy aligned with high-intent keywords.
● Oversee blog, landing page, and local SEO growth.
4. Marketing Analytics & KPI Management:
● Define and track core marketing KPIs, including:
○ Lead volume & quality
○ Conversion rates
○ CTR
○ ROAS
○ CAC
○ Pipeline attribution
5. Team Leadership & Development:
● Manage and develop marketing team members (content, paid ads, design, etc.).
● Set clear KPIs and accountability standards.
● Conduct weekly marketing team meetings.
● Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and innovation.
6. Technology & Automation:
● Oversee marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, reporting tools).
● Improve automation workflows.
● Integrate marketing and sales systems.
● Leverage AI and technology to increase efficiency.
7. Customer Experience Alignment:
● Ensure marketing messaging reflects actual service delivery.
● Align closely with operations and sales teams.
● Support retention marketing and brand loyalty initiatives.
● Protect brand reputation and online presence.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years in marketing leadership.(Required).
● Proven experience managing marketing teams.
● Strong background in performance marketing.
● Excellent English proficiency.
● Experience working with US companies. (Required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30, $34,254.38 per month
