Quote Services Associate

What You'll Be Doing:
- Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).
- Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
- Monitor quote process daily.
- Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
- Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending.
- Support sales team with specific tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Logical functions, Pivot Tables, Text to column).
- Advanced English skills (will require to be involve in calls, writing emails and communication everyday with US and Canada).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$19, $20,790.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
