What is the job about?_


The _
Inside Sales Specialist_ primary responsibility is to assist the sales team in "mining" project search databases (such as Dodge) to identify projects where Grundfos products and services are appropriate.

Once determined to be a viable project, it will be channeled to the appropriate District/Regional Sales Manager and our distribution partners to follow through.

Responsible for communicating with consulting engineering firms and municipalities on the benefits of Grundfos solutions, establishing lead generation and follow-up appointments for the distributor and sales manager to pursue the project at the local level.

This position reports directly to the _Area Sales Director, WU for CAN & USA_ and will operate daily out of the _
Apodaca or San Pedro Garza García ́s (MTY, MX)_ offices on a _
Hybrid schedule_.

Your main responsibilities:_

  • Work in collaboration with the external sales teams to grow the Grundfos Water Utility (Municipal Market) business by researching/reviewing search engines such as Dodge, SpecShare, ISqFt, or others.
  • Channel leads to the sales team and distribution partners for follow up.
  • Works closely with the outside sales team, the inside sales team, and our distribution network to find opportunities for Grundfos to win projects for the municipal market.
  • This role will focus on projects in the Americas region.
  • Must maintain appropriate listings of consulting engineers and municipalities who are using technologyedge products, so that we can identify appropriate new customers for pursuit by the external sales teams.
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities, and will document customer interactions.
  • Prepare reports as needed to track project accomplishment rates
  • Participate in continued Education and Training programs and seminars, offered through and by Grundfos, to obtain and advance product, market and technical knowledge

Salary:
$20, $30,000.00 per month
