    Sales Director Protein Processors

    Sergio Peñuelas

    Summary :
    Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets aligned to the Long-Range Plan.

    Manage a sales team, identify new business opportunities both locally and regionally as well as trigger strong relationships with current new clients and partners.


    Major duties & Responsibilities :
    Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities and formulate effective sales plans.
    Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
    Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
    Achieve Annual Operating


    KPI :
    revenue, profitability and portfolio transformation. Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.


    Retention :
    Trigger Portfolio transformation aligned to the LRP and segment strategic posture. (experiencia evolucionar un product para que llegue a la madurez, analizar el portalofio y definir en que etapa van)

    Acquisition :
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the customer base with new poultry, meat, and seafood processors both locally and abroad

    Penetration and Innovation :
    Lead and intentionally use of core and new capabilities to deliver innovation, transform portfolio and improve profitability

    Industry and Market Awareness :
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
    Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather market intelligence and identify potential business leads.

    Knowledge and Experience :
    Bachelor's degree on Business, MKT, Food Engineer (desirable). MBA is a plus.

    Ingredient experience10+ years' experience on the Protein segment (meat, poultry, fish and alternative proteins).Fully bilingual (English 100%), PLEASE ATTACHED RESUME IN ENGLISH.
