We offer:

- $17,000 MXN per month.

  • Collaborative work environment.
  • Full Time / Permanent Contract.
  • 40 Working Hours. (On site)
  • Located in Av. Benito Juárez, Centro, Monterrey, N.L.

Required Skills:


  • Conversational English.
  • Minimum of 1.5 year experience in similar collections management roles.
  • Open to learning and adaptable to new processes and strategies.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and determined approach to achieving goals.
  • Proficient in contacting customers for payment, demonstrating strong phone communication and negotiation skills.
  • Possesses advanced technological skills to navigate relevant software and tools.
  • Proactively follow up on overdue accounts, communicating with customers to remind them of their payment obligations.
  • Legal Collaboration: Works with our Attorney, on legal accounts.

Salary:
$17,000.00 per month
