Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of the manufacturing, and distribution operations including installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, workstations, servers and production, databases in support of all business processing requirements.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure and end point team in technical specification for a new software.
• Prepare documentation, instructions and training to staff when necessary.
• Monitor in a proactive way, record and respond to requests for support.
• Root cause analysis and diagnose system faults and errors.
• Analyze error trends aimed at reducing or minimizing down time. Clear communication with staff and users regarding systems issues.

Qualifications:
Background in Machine data collecting and MES system. Desirable knowledge in platform as Thing works, Ignition and SCADA platforms.
