We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain team in Monterrey, Mexico.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for provide the status on all the expedited orders to Customer Services at PTC, Mexico, USA and Canada.

Also, coordinate the expedites with all the Monterrey plant to meet the shipping dates requested by the customer.

What you'll do

  • Inform on daily bases the current statement on expedites to Customer Service.
  • Follow the commit and new sales opportunities with buyer and planners.
  • Date the commit orders on SAP.
  • Manage all expedite from Monterrey on daily bases.
  • Contact the customer service team to approve deviation by Customer Service.
  • Leads the customer furnish material arrival.
  • 50% in office.
  • 50% in plant.
Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree to be completed (last semester) or fully completed in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering (or related).
  • SAP Knowledge is desirable.
  • Excel intermediate knowledge intermediate.
  • Planning experience at least one year.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English is MANDATORY.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
