    A Snapshot of Your Day

    The Financial Analyst - Projects for Field Services Execution supports the US Field Service technical team to manage costs and drive project success. This role will assist with preparing cost and/or project analysis to provide transparency and proven decision-making. The Financial Analyst - Projects will review and maintain accurate and clean data in SAP to enable timely and reliable financial forecasts and reporting.     How You'll Make an Impact

  • Financial Project Controlling - Act as a business partner to US project managers for financial reporting and cost analysis for projects located in the United States
  • Perform regular cost reviews and variance analysis with Management
  • Support cost center and/or project review activities to develop forecasts for Corporate submissions
  • Assist with full cycle accounting and month end close for cost centers and assigned orders/projects, including work in process cost reviews, efficiency analysis, revenue accruals and balance sheet corrections
  • Support audit requests, CAPEX requests, cost out initiatives and other ad hoc analysis as required
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with document retention guidelines and to foster audits and Internal Control compliance
  • What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or in related field with commiserate financial project experience
  • 5 years of relevant accounting working experience
  • Proficiency in SAP or other comparable ERP system preferred
  • MS Office knowledge. Strong Excel skills preferred
  • Analytical problem solver with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities throughout the month
  • Ability to travel to the United States
  • BILINGUAL IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH
