Job Title: Financial Services Officer

About the Role

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices from suppliers, services and creditors. This includes verifying payments have supporting documentation (invoices, purchase orders, approvals) and performing registration, control and payment of national and international invoices.

Main Responsibilities

• Verify all payments have supporting documentation
• Evaluate compliance with approval policies and authorization levels

This role also involves monitoring and communicating the payment schedule, coordinating dates with Treasury staff,
validating tax withholdings in accordance with current legislation, reconciling differences in accounts
with suppliers,
reconcile & manage resolution disputes on account balancess
given up to customer /
service representatives. It requires Analytical ability attention details skills ,English proficiency updating knowledge Tax regulation. office work carry documents folders 25 kg sporadic trip including International Business Traveler obligation record company travel destination labor laws For this position you require:-5 years experience accounting administration manufacturing exposure;- Administrative degree is required;- Proficiency Excel -Advanced management financial software- Experience domestic foreign recognition requirements **_Note is Spanish _Language applicable.'
