Position Overview
HRPV is seeking a
fully bilingual/fluent English employees to join our team. We are looking for someone who is capable of navigating phone systems, directing calls, and scheduling appointments. Multitasking, enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service.

Fully Bilingual
Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English C

Must write fluently in English

Experience: minimum 3 years as an executive assistant

Excellent Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent arithmetic.
Detail Oriented.

Activities:

Administrative tasks
Legal Documentation Assistance.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Provide updates to customers

What we offer:

Base salary 13, ,000.00 MX (Depending on your English and skill levels)
Law Benefits
Referral Bonus 5,000.00 pesos
Monday to Friday 8hrs.
Full Paid Training
