    The External Expert Engagement Services Team is a service tower within Global Business Services – Compliance, Legal and Contracting Operations (CLCO) at AZ that leverages a combination of technology, standardised processes and managed services to support the organisation with managing compliant contractual relationships between AZ and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs).

    In this role, you will develop and deliver comprehensive change management and communications strategies that drive engagement, adoption and consumption of process, organizational and technology changes.

    You will collaborate with leaders across the business to enable the evolution of the organization through change agility. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining change management tools, templates, guidance and resources.

    Additionally, you will run training sessions and workshops to educate colleagues on how to apply change management in their own role.

    Key Responsibilities Change Management Develop and implement the change framework, practices and toolkit that enable adoption of change initiativesSupport the design and delivery of change management plans that maximise adoption of new capabilities and services as well as employee engagementMeasure the effectiveness of change plans and adjust as necessary to improve outcomesResponsible for guiding change activities across our E3S portfolio of servicesCreate and maintain documentation and other materials related to change management effortsContinuously monitor and evaluate the change agility in E3S, adjusting as needed to ensure it remains effective and relevant.

    Strategic Communication Implement and evolve aspects of communication strategy in support of E3S strategyResponsible for developing and driving integrated change management & communications plans to evolve E3S value proposition and launch new initiativesCultivate E3S culture to be a great place to work by establishing positive local engagement and empowering employees to connect in wider forums.

    Build engaging content for a variety of communication channels including Workplace, Nucleus, NewslettersMeasure the effectiveness of communication plansPartner with internal and external partners to perform Comms, Change and Training needs analysis as part of product and process deliveryExecute the development of training materials and deliver training and engagement meetings in a consistent way Essential Skills/Experience:
    Expertise in change management, with a proven record of delivering successful global change projects.

    Experience building out and implementing a change management strategy, framework and training plan in complex environmentsStrong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectivesHighly skilled at facilitation and information gathering.

    Proficient at crafting compelling and aesthetically pleasing presentationsAbility to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ businessStrong organizational awareness, business acumen, and customer orientation.

    Strong leadership skills, with ability to advise and engage teams to achieve strategic objectivesExcellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve sophisticated called out issuesAbility to build strong and credible relationships with excellent communication & interpersonal skills across levelsExtensive experience of working in multi layered teams in a global environmentAbility to adapt to constantly changing needs with an open and constructive mindsetEffective critical thinking and problem-solving skillsDegree level education Desirable Skills/Experience: Formal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement methodologies.

    Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context.
    Pharmaceutical experience.
    Project management skills in delivering internal projects and with external partners.
