We are looking for a
Team Lead to support our Team in
Mexico City

What You'll Do:


  • Develop and execute strategic advertising plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make datadriven recommendations for adjustments to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align strategies and goals with overall company objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide guidance, insights, and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their advertising goals on Amazon.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage workflow and personnel workforce for the project efficiency.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration between all team members including Account Managers, Growth Managers, and Tech Support Specialists.
  • Solve problematic issues that arise within the team or project.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.

What You Need For This Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Indepth knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform or Google Ads (Search Engine Marketing Platform), including Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display, and brand store management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with ad sales is a big plus
  • Proficiency in using Amazon/Google Ads Advertising tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Search, Display & Video advertising and campaign coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. Experience with financial management and reporting is a plus.
