Job description:

• Proven experience in desktop administration and assetinventory management preferably in the healthcareindustry.
• Familiarity with healthcare ITsystems and an understanding of regulatory requirements
• Manage the decommissioning process for outdated orobsolete assets ensuring proper disposal or recycling in compliancewith relevant regulations.
• Provide desksidesupport
• Provide the service and supportrequired at the physical location of the desktops or laptopsassociated peripherals and other related equipment to maintain theequipment in good working order and each of the services listedbelow
• Roles and Responsibilitiestable.

  • Hardware Break/Fix
  • Software Break/Fix
  • TechnologyRefresh Install
  • Moves
  • Adds and Changes
  • DesksideSupport.
• Provide theservice and support required to maintain desktop software standardoperating system environment required to run the functions andapplications associated with the desktop tasks and activities aswell as the associated business processes
