Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and execute fullcycle project plans and lead the creative team through the process, including defining project schedules, objectives, and deliverables to meet the needs of the client.
Implement effective campaigns across a number of disciplines and extensive experience supporting all advertising, marketing, and business efforts.
Manage daytoday operational aspects of multiple projects, leading crossfunctional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to client expectations.
Maintain constant, clear communication with appropriate creative directors, project managers, producers, and team members to adequately prepare for circumstances that might impact scheduled deadlines.
React quickly to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently, while assisting creative teams in the prioritization of work.
Provides timely issuance of all documentation: proposals, project initiations, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, meeting summaries, and status and budget reports.
Works closely with all agency department staff to develop and implement strategic project plans.
Has a thorough understanding of the planning, creative, and production processes.
Develop and maintain proper vendor relationships to accomplish goals
Manages time and financial resources to ensure client projects are on time and on budget.
Orchestrate the flow of all potential and active jobs that come through the agency by matching them with appropriate resources.
Assign resources to projects based on their capabilities, previous experience, availability, or project budgets.
Spot problems like employee overutilization, underutilization, and uneven workload.
Anticipate conflicts and recommend options to keep work on schedule and properly resourced.
Source and manage freelance talent for various project needs.
