    What we're looking for:

    We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. This role involves handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, assisting with scheduling, billing inquiries, service questions, and providing a high level of professional support at all times.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding scheduling, billing, service concerns, and general inquiries
    • Clearly explain services and products, providing accurate and helpful information
    • Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience on every interaction
    • Accurately document customer information while managing calls
    • Navigate internal systems efficiently during live calls
    • Meet individual performance and call documentation goals
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service related positions
    • Advanced English (Conversational) with strong verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable scheduling and transferring calls to internal offices
    • Strong computer skills and accurate data entry
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and frustration tolerance
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
