- Clearly explain services and products, providing accurate and helpful information
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience on every interaction
- Accurately document customer information while managing calls
- Navigate internal systems efficiently during live calls
- Meet individual performance and call documentation goals
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service related positions
- Advanced English (Conversational) with strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable scheduling and transferring calls to internal offices
- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and frustration tolerance
