We are looking for your experience

iQor Mexico, a market-leading company in administrative collection processes, is looking for its next
Bilingual Accounts Collections Specialist for one of our clients specialized in the sale of toys in the US and Mexico.

Principal functions:

Management of deductions by chain
Monitoring of collections, disputes, differences, clarifications, addenda...
Constant communication with clients (in Mexico and the USA) and internal collection departments
Administrative account control

Requirements:

Minimum experience of 2 years in retail accounts receivable areas (Knowledge of retail management platforms is essential)
Lic. Accounting, administration or similar
Advanced Excel management (test is carried out)
Advanced English (all interviews are entirely in English)
Knowledge of SAP, billing and retail portals

Salary Offer:

Gross base salary $20,000.00 MX before taxes
Monthly productivity bonus $2,000.00MX
Work day Monday to Friday 08:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m.

Monthly food vouchers $700.00 MX
Home Office opportunity starting in the 3rd month.
