About the role:


  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed established objectives.
  • Develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate team performance and make continuous improvements.
  • Provide training and professional development to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and achievement of organizational objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Base salary
  • Food vouchers (Vales de despensa)
  • 12 Vacation days per year (become available after 6 months)
  • Vacation days on december (obligatory)
Christmas Bonus: 30 days salary (Aguinaldo)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Short Friday (3 breaks per day)
