- Successful track record in meeting call and appointment setting targets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and related products.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Advanced level of English and Spanish
About the role:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed established objectives.
- Develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate team performance and make continuous improvements.
- Provide training and professional development to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and achievement of organizational objectives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary
- Food vouchers (Vales de despensa)
- 12 Vacation days per year (become available after 6 months)
- Vacation days on december (obligatory)

- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Short Friday (3 breaks per day)
