    YOUR TASKS

    You realize digital transformation processes by taking over the projectmanagement for international projects for the introduction of datatransformation and data analytics applications to be set up within acloud-based platform concept. As a business translator, you are the linkbetween production and data analysts and define complex, data-relatedrequirements. You are able to gain a short-term understanding of complexmanufacturing processes and you are competent in systematic analysis. Youformulate a problem in preparation for further solution finding and setpriorities in the iterative process between problem definition and dataanalysis and lead the local team horizontal in the competence responsibility

  • Leading and support project execution for design and setup of digital transformation projects.
  • You are responsible for pilot applications in the overall project based on internal requirements by supporting and coordinating operational tasks and ensuring compliance with governance rules.
  • Steering workshops for target group-oriented data interpretation, define out of it consequential conclusions, creation of decision memo as well as building of substantiated recommendations.,
  • Horizontal lead of the employees in the competence responsibility.
  • You coordinate all project steps, ensure project progress and you are able to proactively promote change.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating IT and internal development team support for the technical services and supporting the project teams with any analytical cost, process or quality improvements.
  • You extract and present information according to internal customer needs.
  • You lead workshops on target group-oriented data interpretation and subsequently create decision protocols and recommendations for action.
  • Project responsible from POC, pilot and handover to systematically establish and introduce analysis methods, define and classify use cases as products for different users outside the analysis functionality.
  • Coordinate data visualization, data mining, data integration and ad-hoc analysis.
    • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Economy Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of operations.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and analysis tools, statistics and methodological knowledge.
  • Analytical skills, high flexibility and willingness to work independently.
  • Very good command of English and willingness to travel for assignments abroad.
  • Independent working style, high attention to details, flexible and teamwork orientated and excellent communication skill.
