Job Description Your contribution to something big**:

Act as a key contact point for associates. HRL and managers for outbound international assignments planning, operation and consultancy and compliance to internal and external policies.
Ensure all functional tasks and reporting are complete according to customer requirements in compliance with the International Assignment Central Directive and Home and Host Countries Legal Regulations.
Ensure all functional tasks are complete according to customer requirements for CoEs in special international mobility projects in compliance with the International Assignment Central Directive and Home and Host Countries Legal Regulations.
Create, develop, and maintain international mobility charts, checklists and FAQs for each assignment type

Qualifications What distinguishes you**:

Selfdriven, highly motivated, enthusiatic associate willing to deliver a best in classservice for our associates on international assignment and to become a consultant for the HRBP's, GB and BU.
Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree
