    Job Overview

    The HR Generalist III role involves running the daily functions of the Human Resource department, including hiring, interviewing and enforcing company policies. This position will partner with plant leadership to deliver a high-performance culture and promote continuous learning and improvement.

    A Day In The Life

    • Providing HR support to manufacturing employees and maintaining positive employee relations
    • Recruiting qualified job applicants for open positions and conducting new hire orientations
    • Liaising with Plant Leadership on job description changes compensation compliance

    Hiring requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Business or Management Excellent communication time management skills proficiency in organizational HRIS systems Strong analytical problem-solving abilities Ability to act professionally confidentially Extensive experience as an HR Generalist is required Job Description Hubbell Incorporated
