System Lead Supervisor - JD Logistics Warehouse Management System

We are seeking a highly skilled System Lead Supervisor to oversee the use and performance of the JD Logistics Warehouse Management System (WMS) across all shifts in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee system operations across multiple shifts, ensuring seamless system usage and issue resolution during each shift.
• Develop and maintain a problem-solving manual that provides step-by-step guidance to improve operational performance and resolve common issues effectively.
• Provide ongoing training and support to key users of the WMS, ensuring they are equipped to troubleshoot basic issues independently.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and working across multiple shifts.
• Ability to work effectively with IT teams, warehouse operations teams, and key system users to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Experience in creating manuals, training guides, or process documentation to improve operational performance and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
