A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for an experienced Order Entry Specialist to fill a vacant position in our team. The successful candidate will be the main interface within Grid Technology Product procurement for order entry.

How You'll Make an Impact

Support order requests in a timely manner with high quality standards and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize, be organized and problem solve issues in your day-to-day responsibilities.

Work closely and collaboratively with internal team members (Commercial Project Managers, Sales, etc.)

Identify and recommend solutions or process changes to enhance efficiency of order management responsibilities.

Use various digital systems to run supplier information, purchase order entry and maintenance, post shipments, etc.

What You Bring

Associate degree in business, Procurement or related degree; or, High School diploma with 4 years applicable work experience is a plus..

Digital tool savvy – various internal tools are used to run daily position responsibilities; SAP experience is a plus.

Proven track record of proactive, self-motivated behaviors.

Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
