About the team:The Customer Experience team is responsible for customer advocacy through all our different channels and merchants. We create a global vision of CX to boost customer loyalty, engagement and revenue through unique experiences. We are data driven, and customer obsessed, we believe in creating self-service experiences without leaving the human touch behind. We are in constant pursuit of innovation and are two steps ahead of our customers' needs.


About the role:

You are passionate about customer service, customer experience and customer centricity. You understand the needs of customers, and have the skills to create extraordinary experiences.

You are excited to change the way customers see brands through Marketplaces and are thrilled to turn questions into sales.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service
  • preferably within e-commerce.
  • Understands Customer Service platforms such as Zendesk or others.
  • Familiarity with Excel / Google Docs (Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge and fair understanding of soft selling.

Desirable qualifications:


  • English Knowledge.
  • Are excited about Ecommerce and the endless opportunities in this industry
  • Are motivated to work in a fastpaced environment close to outstanding professionals with deep human qualities
  • Are focused on the good on the team and company first, and just want to build something massive
  • Excited to change the way customers view brands through Marketplaces, and he's thrilled to turn inquiries into sales.
