En Creze buscamos un Data Scientist Lead con amplia experiencia en Python, Spark, AWS, DBT y Airflow para liderar nuestro equipo de ciencia de datos.
El candidato ideal será responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones de datos a gran escala, garantizando la entrega eficiente y precisa de datos para impulsar decisiones estratégicas.
Responsabilidades:
Liderar y gestionar proyectos de ciencia de datos, asegurando la entrega de soluciones de alta calidad.
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos utilizando Python, Spark, DBT y Airflow.
Implementar y optimizar soluciones en la nube utilizando la pila de AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería y producto para traducir requisitos empresariales en soluciones técnicas.
Desarrollar modelos predictivos y de machine learning, asegurando su integración y despliegue en producción.
Gestionar y mentorizar a un equipo de científicos de datos, promoviendo las mejores prácticas y el desarrollo profesional.
Monitorear y mejorar continuamente los pipelines de datos y los modelos para asegurar su eficiencia y rendimiento.
Documentar y comunicar los procesos y resultados de los proyectos a stakeholders no técnicos.
Requisitos:
Experiencia comprobada como Data Scientist Lead, Data Engineering o en un rol similar, con un enfoque en Python y Spark.
Profundo conocimiento de la infraestructura y los servicios de AWS (especialmente EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).Experiencia práctica con herramientas de orquestación y transformación de datos como Airflow y DBT.
Habilidad para diseñar y construir pipelines de datos eficientes y escalables.
Conocimiento sólido en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a una audiencia no técnica.
Título en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Datos, Estadística o un campo relacionado.
