    What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain detailedcustomer profilesin CargoWise so every department has accurate info. Guide customers with expert recommendations, helping them choose the best freight and logistics solutions (including preparing quotes). Coordinateshipment bookingsand validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, keeping customers updated every step of the way. Be thego-to contactfor customer inquiries via phone and email—deliver top-notch service and handle special requests to strengthen relationships. Manage daily communications for assigned accounts and direct concerns to the right team for quick resolution. Send new shipment bookings to customers and confirm all ocean/air bookings. Track empty containers and ensure timely returns—or apply per diem billing when needed. Follow allStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)with accuracy and compliance in mind.
    Who You Are Bachelor's degree inInternational Businessor equivalent experience. About1 yearin an administrative or clerical role. Comfortable withMicrosoft Office(Word & Excel). Great at prioritizing, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency. Advanced Englishis a must.
