Overview


At AIG, you will have the opportunity to work in a commercially driven global workplace as part of our Direct and Digital Marketing team supporting our General Insurance business.

As Head of Digital you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our digital marketing and online initiatives to ensure that we meet our revenue growth targets.

We are looking for an innovative leader with a proven track record of building teams and working across the business to ensure we deliver market-leading sales experiences for our customers.

A critical thinker and business builder who understands the how to drive growth, continually improve performance and prioritises initiatives that accelerate AIGs Momentum.

Job Responsibility

  • Follow up the sales performance of different retail stores in the Metropolitan area.
  • Ensure that the staff responsible for the areas involved in the sale of Extended Warranties, have the necessary knowledge to perform the sale of the same.
  • Provide Product and Sales Technique training, periodically in the stores of the Metropolitan area.
  • Participate in the National Training, either at a distance or in person.
  • Ensure that the stores in the Metropolitan area have sufficient supply of Terms & Conditions contracts and point of sale material.
  • Visit the corresponding stores at least once a week, 3 to 4 times a month, these visits will have, among other activities, feedback talks and establishment of sales commitment with... Managers, Chiefs and / or responsible for Electronics, white line and Sellers.
  • At least once a fortnight you will review with... Managers, Heads and/or responsible for Electronics, white goods and Salespeople the results of the store and progress of sales commitment and budget.
  • Make the planning and scheduling of visits, training, sales clinics, etc., to be held the following month, the delivery of this report must be made no later than the last business day of each month.
  • Generate, within the first 3 days of each month, the report of Sales and Training carried out the previous month.
Job Summary

  • 75% of the time in the store performing the various activities, described above, in the stores in your area.
  • 10% of the time in the office, attending administrative activities, such as expense reports, operational meetings (Every Tuesday of the month, except during National Training season).
  • 15% Attention to mail, received from the office, stores and retail inplan.

Education experience required

Graduate or undergraduate degree in economic-administrative careers.

Supervisor of department stores, self-service. (1 year required)

Sale of services. (Desirable)

Sales promoter. (1 year required)

Sales training. (1 year required)
