    Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales forecast and strategic plan sales.
  • Update all KPI tracker and SPORT in regular base (daily/monthly).
  • Develop and optimize customer account portfolio on regional basis.
  • Business diversification.
  • Support long term strategic plan.
  • Secure regional account strategy alignment with BU's.
  • Deliver sales initiatives for long-term growth.
  • Promote and develop all BA's related products.
  • Contract review and negotiation.
  • Pursue pricing initiatives for affected account.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Previous Regional Account Management experience in automotive industry.
  • Basic understanding of customer needs.
  • Regional pricing policy and marketing.
  • Good rhetorical and negotiation skills (ability to convince and reach agreement).
  • Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong presentation, organization and communication skills
  • You speak English fluently to collaborate with your international team colleagues
