EHS Engineer
Descripción y Requisitos
College degree (Engineering field preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
Experience in automotive manufacturing required
Experience in coordination and maintenance of the EH&S Systems (ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001)
Knowledge in IATF system
Wide knowledge in Local, State and Federal Laws and requirements for environmental, health and safety.
Experience in EHS metrics development, implementation and maintain.
Root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions from audits, inspections, accidents and other sources
Projects development and implementation to reduce environmental impacts and health and safety risks.
Promotes a strong EHS culture that engages employees throughout the company
Capabilities:
Strong leadership skills (negotiation skills)
Excellent communication skills
English at leas 80% required
Strong problem solving skills
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in project/time administration
Results focused, proactive, sense of urgency, team player
