We are looking for a motivated and dedicated PROCESS ENGINEER (M/F/X)JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR TASKS
- The power to stop the production process due to problems in the quality of the product.
- Develop deviations of processes according to the provisions of the procedure (xxxx)
- Prepare and update the process instructions according to the provisions of the quality system
- Develop and update FMEAs whenever required
- Participate in the elaboration and execution of corrective actions (external and internal)
- Participate and give concrete answers in the daily production meetings
- Support the escalation process for shortterm troubleshooting when required
- Validate that all stations in charge have all the necessary documentation (work instructions, applicable check list, open deviations, etc.)
- Supervise and follow up that new or transferred personnel are trained in the process.
- Participate in MRB meeting daily
- Followup to the supplier on technology
- Participate directly in the response and implementation of corrective actions (8D's)
- Participate in ISO/TS 16949 audits (as auditor or auditee)
- Support customer audits when required
- Audit the workstations supported with the quality system (5S, layout, documents, formats, visual aids)
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
Requirements:
- 25 years and older
- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Mechatronics or to end
- Reading and interpretation of drawings, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing process
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Average knowledge of the English language
