Your tasks:

Project/Demand resolution in international implementation and rollout projects as a resource or lead, or both.
Resolve system related problems via our Incident management process with solutions and documentation
Worldwide support of our IT solutions for sales & distribution as well as 3rd party solutions which are deeply integrated into SAP ECC and SAP S4/HANA
Proficient in documentation methodology, ability to adapt to ZF standards of documentation

Your profile:

Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
5+ years' experience of SAP process consulting, implementation or development and support (SD, LE)
Technical background and ABAP developer skills
Willingness to develop and grow into project management role
Analysis and troubleshooting skills used to support SAP end users
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English knowledge
Competency in customerrelated SAP interfaces is nice to have

Nice to have:

Project management experience
SAP S4/HANA experience
MIC GTM experience
Knowledge of foreign trade and custom processes
