About the Role:
You will lead and drive the adoption of
LDC Supply Chain demand planning processes in region Americas and drive change management within the region in collaboration with the local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End, Network, Product Management. Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice supply chain standards and processes within and across organizations.
- Contributes to the demand Review with the customer (Global Supply Chain Management) in order to identify major changes and trends (ie products, volumes) to be taken into account in the site's "Supply Review"
- Support all Process Units, SCM and support functions, and join plant/country/cluster Leadership team and Global Platform SCM Leadership team Responsible to optimise Supply Chain in terms of Service, Processes and Cost to meet required Customer Service Levels and provide superior results at the lowest possible total Supply Chain cost.
- Responsible to define Site specific SC services' requirements as part of the formal SLA between Site and Ops Center. Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice standards and processes across operational and tactical planning

- Lead SCM is responsible for all Local medium scope Site SCM activities in all process units and associated support functions such as central Site Logistics, Order Fulfilment, Order Desk, Customs and Foreign Trade.
- Leads a team to support functions and is responsible for SCM Processes and SCM Performance in line with valid SOP's, HSE and GMP rules.
- Facilitates the search for alignment at site level in the case of divergent proposals concerning the use of the site's capacities in the medium and long term, by identifying in particular slots available in production and by facilitating the sharing of resources (staff, equipment, material) with the support of the Manufacturing unit Heads

Role Requirements
- Influencing without authority. Experience representing the organization.
- Supply Planning Demand Planning Order Management Transportation.
- Effective communication Problem, solving.
- Higher education degree or other relevant areas relating to supply chain management (e.g. APICS)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the area of supply chain in global functions, sales affiliates and manufacturing sites.
- Experience with business implementations and deployment of large IT systems (preferably SAP)
- Advanced English
