About the Role:

Understand clients' business goals, culture and personal styles by anticipating their needs, inquiries and transactions from multiple countries.

You will work with an outstanding remote team servicing and building relationships with clients from Sweden and beyond. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative, and open to continuous learning.

We need you'll bring with you:

Recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree that contributes to the organisation and role.
International experience as a student, preferably in an European Country.
No previous experience in recruitment is required, but if you have some previous experience in startup and fastpaced industries, it would be fantastic We believe in potential and attitude
Some experience using different social media platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and industryspecific job boards.
Organised, administratively strong, and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking/problemsolving and decisionmaking skills responding with accountability and initiative when challenged.
Comfortable working in a remote environment by being selfinitiative and selfmanaged.
Create credibility and trust by inspiring and driving individuals across multiple cultures.
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to develop strong and trusted working relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an upperintermediate level.
