Description
This position will be responsible for all T&E training in Canada, US, and Mexico.

In addition, it will assume the accountabilities for Mech and Engr for Mx as this package cannot be separated at this time.

As the leader of this organization, they will be accountable to our senior T&E leaders he company to ensure our employees are properly trained.


Accountabilities

  • Ensure risks related to legal and Federal rules are mitigated by evolving training and enforcing training standards;
  • Accountable for the planning and delivery of training for ( all functions in Mexico, and support of the business strategies and performance improvement targets for Operations
  • Accountable for identifying yearly training requirements and providing an organization to deliver the training cost effectively that meets business strategies
  • Manages the planning processes for the delivery of initial training, certification training, recurrent training skill upgrade of new hires and existing employees
  • Accountable for budgets. Prepares and manages all of Mexico.
  • Accountable for the developing training plans with strategic partners and training providers
  • Accountable to manage the entry of training records into training system for training provided to their client groups
  • Accountable to ensure consistency in training design for their function
  • Accountable for improving training processes in their area of responsibility
  • Providing Leadership and Administrative support to the team.

Required

  • University degree or diploma preferred in Adult Education
  • 3 or more years of hand on experience in T&E
  • 2 or more years of instructional experience
  • 5 or more years of management (preferably in the Railway).
