    What awaits you in this role:Represent the client's brand in the best possible way, towards our current and potential customers.

    Customer support via email and social media in Spanish.
    Ticket solvingCustomer support diaryAnswering direct messages and comments on social mediaApple and Play Store review answers.
    Constant learning about new product features and occasional testing of the app.

    Weekly meeting with the support leadWhat we are looking for:
    At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer serviceOutstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customersB2 English ProficiencyC1 Spanish ProficiencyCapability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary informationEnjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problemsAbility to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasantSolid problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsExperience w/ consumer type apps and consumer-type shoppingQuick thinker & able to adaptCourteous with customersWhat we offer: Law Benefits
