YOUR ROLE:


  • Identify process improvements in crossBU portfolio steering
  • Assign projects to project and program managers
  • Work with senior business leaders to align portfolio planning with the BU innovation strategy and consult them on recent market and customer trends Interface with innovation portfolio and project managers to align value propositions to customers and provide them with endtoend solutions
  • Develop and implement an approach to portfoliooptimization leveraging customer and market insights
  • Leverage datadriven analytics to get a standardized view on customer behavior and internal portfolio performance KPIs
  • Actively identify digital solutions and services to drive digitization of the solution portfolio
  • Conducts portfolio analysis and forecasting based on internal data analytics Lead and develop a portfolio of strategic projects for a technology (or customer group) leveraging internal frameworks
  • Leverage guidelines from a BU innovation strategy to translate strategic initiatives to an operative level and prioritize resources within the project
  • Setup and maintain innovation process program milestone planning leveraging lean project management

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Minimum experience of 5 years as a Project Manager
  • Advanced conversational English
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Excel
  • Self organization and priorization skills
