Diagnostic Engineer

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Diagnostic Engineer, based in our Apodaca Plant (
Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).


As a Diagnostic Engineer its objective is to manage the laboratory of internal and external guarantees, it manages the resources of the plant to analyze the defects of the parts reported by the clients or internal failures, even demonstrating the cause of the failure.


Your Tasks will be:


  • Receive and manage the parts that will be analyzed.
  • Analyze the failures of electronic products.
  • Give support to production lines to detect the cause of failures and actively participate in the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Operate, manage, and maintain in good condition diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, breakoutbox, CPs, etc.
  • Read and interpret schematics and layout of electronic products.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.
  • 35 years of experience in Analysis and Diagnostic areas in the electronic automotive industry and GM customer.
  • Knowledge in Electronics (Interpretation of Schematics and Layout, Knowledge in use of Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Voltage Sources, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Repair and IPC (IPC610 preferably).
  • Knowledge in Repair and IPC (IPC610 preferably).
  • Microsoft Office Proficient.
  • English level advanced.
