Main Responsibilities:

Performs complex Dynamic Discrete Event Operations Simulation Work for all Manufacturing and Logistic Processes, with deep understanding of Manufacturing Process Flow and Lean Principles applied to Production Sop Floor, Performs Advanced Kinematics Animations to represent all the Flow of Products and Equipment in the Factories, This Requires high level of Collaboration with different Manufacturing Departments to understand all the dynamics variables that affect the Demand Flow at Factory

What Skills You Need:

Understand the Variables and Dynamics in the Process Flow of the different Manufacturing Processes at Deere
Advanced Analyzes of Data with the skill to identify and recommend what is the optimal level of data needed depending on the problem to resolve.
Recommend different Equipment/Staffing scenarios to study for the different projects to optimize Flow, Investment and Cost of Operation.
Perform different Kinematic Analysis using Tools like Unity to simulate and Animate the Sequence of Events of the Manufacturing Process as well as the Logistics in the Factory+
Analyze Logistic Processes, identify key metrics to optimize Flow, Congestion and Resources
Utilize eXtended Realty Tools, softwares and Equipment to create customized modules for reproducing/animating manufacturing and Logistic Processes to create Immersive Experiences for Production personnel and Manufacturing Engineers
IE skills to measure different variables in the manufacturing Processes to incorporate in the Simulation Studies and Interpretation of Results to make proposals that optimize resources at Shop Floor as maximize Throughput.

Ability to use advanced Simulations Softwares like Unity and FlexSim or Similar as well as basic Data Visualization Tools like Power bi
