    RTR Specialist Role Overview

    • Review real-time solar installation photos for both roof and electrical work.
    • Follow up on incomplete installs and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Create customer accounts and input serial numbers and gateway envoy details using Enlighten web tool.
    2. Submit requests for services like plans, permits, ABCADs, shade reports etc.., Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project completion,All candidates are expected
