Responsabilidades:

Realizar capacitaciones técnicas para clientes y/o empleados enfocadas en las tecnologías desarrolladas dentro del negocio, principalmente de Ciberseguridad. (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco, etc).
Interactuar con clientes y organizaciones funcionales para desarrollar especificaciones para el contenido de los cursos.
Prepara planes de cursos técnicos a partir de documentación de ingeniería, requisitos de servicio de campo o documentación de software.
Desarrollar y adoptar los materiales de los Vendors para la implementación de las capacitaciones técnicas.
Colaborar con el área de Ingeniería, Soporte técnico y Vendors para para garantizar que el material del curso refleje las características actuales del producto del Vendor.
Instruye a los participantes en prácticas de laboratorio y da un seguimiento para determinar la aplicabilidad del material del curso.

Experiência y Conocimientos:

2 a 4 años de experiência en la impartición de cursos técnicos a nível profesional.
Nível de Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Comunicaciones y electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, o afín.
Experiência en metodologías y desarrollo de materiales para capacitaciones técnicas (Networking, Ciberseguridad, Data Center, Cloud, o similares.
Inglés Intermedioavanzado.
Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación efectiva (escrita y oral) y de presentación.
Experiência con Elearning, Online o Gestión de aprendizaje (PREFERIBLE).
Experiência previa en capacitación empresarial o consultoría (presencial o remota).
