SUPERVISOR PARA EL AREA DE CONCRETO
Experencia
- Operación de plantas de concreto premezclado
- Control de producción y dosificación
- Manejo de personal operativo (dosificadores, operadores, mantenimiento, logística)
- Gestión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo
- Control de inventarios (cemento, agregados, aditivos)
- Coordinación con laboratorio / control de calidad
Requisitos
- 2 años mínimo en plantas de concreto o procesos similares
- Conocimientos técnicos indispensables
- Tecnología del concreto (revenimiento, resistencias, fraguado, hidratación)
- Formación académica (deseable)
- Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Mecánica, Química, Materiales o afín
- Técnico superior con experiencia sólida también puede ser viable
