Solution Architect

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and architectural expertise to our clients, and delivering highquality solutions that meet their needs.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design, develop, and implement solutions that drive business value.

Scope:

Understand our customer ́s business needs and translate them into a design using our solutions
Translate design documents to a real solution to our customer ́s needs
Lead functional design sessions with customers
Mentor younger peers

Our current technical environment:

What you'll do:

Lead the design and architecture of solutions for our clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
Work closely with other members of the Consulting Services team to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget
Provide technical and architectural guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Ensure the solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure and performant
Provide guidance on the selection of technologies and platforms
Identify and evaluate new opportunities to improve the business processes and operations of our clients
Maintain a healthy billable utilization
Negotiate with customers on how their design using our solutions will fit/benefit their operations

What we are looking for:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture and consulting
Strong experience in solution design and development in a variety of industries and technologies
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead teams
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with cloudbased technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
Experience with microservices, containerization, and cloud native is a plus
Experience with Business Process Reengineering and Digital Transformation is a plus
